Why is my shipment delayed?

We appreciate your patience with the shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates. We'll send an email to you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

Where's my order? Why isn't there a tracking number yet?

We appreciate your patience. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking numbers for your order shipments become available once our carrier partners pick up the packages for delivery. We'll send an email to you as items in your order ship, and this will contain a link to the most up-to-date tracking information for your order. You can also check your order status to get the latest shipping and tracking info.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. If you decide not to keep your items, you can always return them by mail within 7 days of receipt. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges 

Standard Exchange 

  • Contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order by telephone on 213-878-2253 or by email info@shopeverydayritual.com and have your Order number , Product code and / or description of the item(s) you wish to exchange to hand.

  • We will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return instructions to use to return the item(s).

  • Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused condition and has all labels attached.

  • Pack securely or send back in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.

  • Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below, via Delivery Confirmation service, so you have proof of postage. Please use a safe and reliable shipper to return the item(s) safely. We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.

  • Please make sure your shipping carton prominently displays the RMA #. Cartons not displaying a valid RMA # are subject to being refused. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

As soon as the original items arrive at our warehouse the exchange items will be sent out to you. Everyday Ritual (EDR) reserves the right to refuse any exchange if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.

Returns

We want our customers to have a great shopping experience on our website and offer hassle free returns. In the rare event that you purchase an item(s), of which you are not satisfied and you do not wish to exchange we will be happy to make a refund.

  • EDR Masks may be returned within the 7 day period ONLY IF it has not been opened. No opened masks will be accepted as a return.
  • Pack securely or send back in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.

  • Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below, via Delivery Confirmation service, so you have proof of postage.

  • When the returned item(s) arrives at our warehouse we will refund the item(s)

EDR reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.
