Returns
We want our customers to have a great shopping experience on our website and offer hassle free returns. In the rare event that you purchase an item(s), of which you are not satisfied and you do not wish to exchange we will be happy to make a refund.
- Contact our Customer Service department within 14 days of receiving your order by telephone on 213-878-2253 or by email info@shopeverydayritual.com and have your Order number , Product code and / or description of the item(s) you wish to return to hand.
- We will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return instructions to use to return the item(s).
- Please return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and with the price tags attached, in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition.

We recommend that you send the package back to us via a traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for missing packages.
- EDR Masks may be returned within the 14 day period ONLY IF it has not been opened. No opened masks will be accepted as a return.

Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below, via Delivery Confirmation service, so you have proof of postage.

Please make sure your shipping carton prominently displays the RMA #. Cartons not displaying a valid RMA # are subject to being refused. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
When the returned item(s) arrives at our warehouse we will refund the item(s)
EDR reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.
- Final sale merchandise cannot be returned.
- ANY ITEM WITH A DISCOUNT OF 30% OR ABOVE IS A FINAL SALE...

A 10% restocking fee applies to all orders returned.

A 15% restocking fee applies if garments are in need of minor repair/reconditioning.

A 20% restocking fee applies if garments are damaged, or extensive rehabilitation/refurbishment work is required
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Pack securely or send back in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.
